Everyone knows that Orlando, Florida is a magical place. Whether they are going to visit the Mouse, a famous wizard, or an amazing aquarium, families flock to Orlando every year. Knowing where to stay and how to save money is important when planning these family trips.
I was provided a media rate to facilitate this review; but all thoughts and opinions are my own as always.

Room Accommodations
Wyndham Lake Buena Vista offers two types of rooms: The Towers and The Gardens. The Tower rooms are decorated with an upscale lake house themed feel. We stayed in one of the 232 rooms located in the Tower, which meant we had an awesome view of Disney Springs. The Wyndham Gardens offer 394 guest rooms with external entrances.Parking
When you arrive at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, you have the choice of self parking, or valet. Both options are very affordable at $12 a day, so we chose to utilize the valet. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, so you won't have to wait long for your car to be brought around.Food Choices
- The Lakeview Restaurant (Character Dining Breakfast Buffet Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for a little more)
- No reservations required, Goofy & Pluto will be there for photo opps
- The Sundial 24-hour cafe and store (Joffrey’s coffee is served here!)
- Domino’s self-order kiosk in the lobby
- Bar in the lobby (open until midnight)
Amenities
The oasis style pool is a huge draw for the whole family. The kids area is zero-entry with a large water spray play structure. Adults can enjoy the hot tub, full service bar, and deeper play pools. We enjoyed sitting under the cozy covered area by the bar and relaxing. They even have cups for water easily accessible so that you don't have to worry about anyone getting dehydrated.
